PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A founding partner of Metro Realty Services LLC, Andrew has been involved in the industrial commercial real estate field for the past 38 years. As a partner, Andrew has helped establish Metro Realty Services LLC as one of the top independent brokerage firms on Long Island.
Prior to the formation of Metro Realty Services, LLC in October 1997, Andrew was a VP at Grubb & Ellis Island Realty, which at that time was the largest real estate brokerage firm on Long Island. It was there that Andrew was a top producer and recipient of the “Broker of the Year Award.” Andrew has successfully represented Home Grown Long Island companies as well as numerous national companies throughout his career and has an outstanding reputation in both the business and brokerage communities.
EDUCATION:
An alumnus of Hofstra University with a degree in business management/marketing, Andrew is involved in many professional organizations including; Hauppauge Industrial Association, Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and the Huntington Chamber of Commerce.
