Mr. Pawlitschek specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties throughout Long Island, with a primary focus on tenant and owner representation in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. His experience includes the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets, land sales, and the negotiation of complex lease transactions
Mr. Pawlitschek has been involved in a wide range of transactions across Long Island, representing both institutional and private clients. His expertise includes strategic advisory, market positioning, and executing transactions efficiently from initial underwriting through closing.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Pawlitschek was recognized by the Commercial Industrial Broker Society (CIBS) as a Rising Star Award recipient and has been named a CoStar/LoopNet Power Broker multiple times.
Prior to joining Metro Realty Services, Mr. Pawlitschek served as a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, which later transitioned to NAI Long Island, from 2017 through 2021. He then held the position of Vice President at Compass Commercial from 2021 through 2025, where he continued to focus on industrial and office brokerage throughout the region.

- Represented the seller in the disposition of 3.5 acres of industrial land at 3040 Veterans Memorial Highway, Bohemia, NY
